Why We Opened

After twenty years working on other people’s terms, our owner openedTune Car Care Center so the answer to “what does it need?” would never be shaped by a sales target.

We are new on Grapevine Highway and won’t pretend otherwise. Our owner brings two decades of repair work, our technicians are ASE certified, and you can judge the way we work for yourself on your first visit.

How We Work

• We look before we quote. Every job starts with an inspection, so the estimate covers the problem we found, not a guess at it.
• Nothing happens without your approval. If we find something extra mid-job, we stop and call you.
• We tell you what can wait. Not everything on an inspection is urgent. We’ll say which is which.
• You get it in writing. The warranty terms are printed on your invoice.

All Makes & Models

We work on domestic, European and Asian vehicles. European cars in particular need the right scan tools, because electronic parking brakes, service resets and adaptive systems all require equipment a general shop often doesn’t carry. We have that equipment.

Whether you drive a daily commuter, a family SUV or a high-mileage truck you’re determined to keep on the road, the approach is the same.

The Shop

Eight service categories are painted across our bay doors because those are the jobs we do most: brakes, oil changes, tune-ups, walk-ins, state inspections, air conditioning, cooling systems and performance exhaust. Behind those doors we handle the other 34 too.
