Information Is Not A Quote
Descriptions of services on this site explain what a repair generally involves. They are not an estimate for your vehicle.
A quote comes after we have inspected your vehicle, and no work is carried out without your approval.
Appointments
Requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm by email, and by text as well if you asked for texts. A slot is not held until we confirm it.
Walk-ins are welcome and are handled in the order they arrive, subject to bay availability.
Offers
Offers shown on this site apply to work carried out at our shop and cannot be combined with one another unless stated.
We may change or withdraw an offer. Anything already agreed with you in writing stands.
Warranty
Repairs carry a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty. Coverage runs one, two or three years depending on the repair, capped at 12,000, 24,000 or 36,000 miles respectively, whichever comes first. It covers parts and labor on the repair performed. Wear items are excluded.
Warranty terms are printed on your invoice, and the invoice is what governs.
Text Messages
Tune Car Care Center texts customers who opt in on this site, through two separate programs. Visit texts are appointment reminders, updates, photos of your vehicle and invoices. Offer texts are occasional promotions, sent only if you ticked that box separately. Agreeing to either is never a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also call the shop to opt out.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy explains how your number is used. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
