Some problems come through our bays often enough that we know them well and keep the parts on hand.
- Carbon build-up on direct-injection intake valves: rough idle and lost power, and cleaning the valves fixes it without new parts.
- Timing chain tensioner wear: a rattle on start-up that should never be left.
- Oil consumption on certain 2.0T generations: worth measuring properly before anyone talks about an engine.
- Water pump and thermostat housings: plastic components that fail predictably with heat cycles.
- PCV and vacuum leaks: a very common cause of a check engine light that a code alone will not explain.

Common Questions
Will servicing here affect my Audi warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because an independent shop did the maintenance. We record what was done and when, so you have the evidence if it is ever queried.
Do you use original parts?
We use OE or OE-equivalent parts from the same manufacturers that supply Audi. If you would prefer factory-boxed parts we will source them. Just say so when you book.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs carry a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty. 12,000, 24,000 or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Ask which one covers your repair. The term that applies to yours is printed on the invoice.
