Common Questions
Will servicing here affect my Cadillac warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply because an independent shop did the maintenance. We record what was done and when, so you have the evidence if it is ever queried.
Do you use original parts?
We use OE or OE-equivalent parts from the same manufacturers that supply Cadillac. If you would prefer factory-boxed parts we will source them. Just say so when you book.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs carry a 1, 2 or 3 year warranty. 12,000, 24,000 or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Ask which one covers your repair. The term that applies to yours is printed on the invoice.
